ColonyStar automatic complete with scanner and tablet computer standard.
This device is suitable for all petri dishes within the food industry but also in medicine and all other areas in microbiology and therefore widely applicable. It significantly reduces the work in the laboratory. The device can be operated with single-shot, semi-automatic or fully automatic mode.

• Single shot means individual evaluation of the petri dish with the option of image zoom.A colony is "touched" and marked on the touchscreen. Error marked are deleted by touching them again.

• In the semi-automatic mode (assistance mode), after a colony has been marked, other unmarked colonies of the same type are automatically marked with regard to size, shape, color, contrast, brightness. Error marked will be deleted by touching it again. A perti dish is thus completely counted after a few marking steps.

• If the device is already trained (if there are correspondingly saved profiles) it can be operated in fully automatic mode. In the fully automatic mode, the device is able to count the Petri dishes fully automatically in seconds without manual intervention
